This 6 channel amplifier is in excellent cosmetic condition. The amp. sounds great and worked very well for me. I used it to run surround channels (had TX4430 3 channel for LCR, selling in separate auction). When I tested this AV6000 one of the volume controls (channel 5) is fussy. It has a couple of dead spots in it. This shouldn't cause much trouble as you can set your preamp level controls to match the other channels if your natural volume level places it in a dead spot. If using as a 5 channel amplifier simply avoid channel 5 and you're golden. In addition to being a great amplifier for home theater this would make a wonderful multichannel amplifier for distributed audio as well. It's 4 ohm stable and has a large toroidal power supply.
